1. 2 Violife Meditterranean style blocks of vegan cheese

2. Some chunky sliced vegetables such as courgette, aubergine, bell pepper
3. Cherry tomatoes
4. Lemon juice
5. Oregano, parsley and rosemary
6. Olive oil
Place the Violife blocks in a large bowl, add the veggies, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle on the oregano, parsley and rosemary. Stir it all well.
Let it marinade and preheat a pan on high.
Thread the veggies and blocks of vegan cheese onto skewers and grill each skewer on high heat for about 12 minutes, turning once on each side until nicely colored and softened. Sprinkle with leftover marinade as they grill.
